Delivery process
• Once you successfully complete your purchase or make an order then we confirm your order.
• After confirming your order, the ordered product underwent a quality check to ensure that we deliver the best quality product with proper packaging to you.
• Following the packaging, it is then handed over to the delivery partner.
• Through the delivery partner, we ensure that you will get your product on time. In case of any delayed procedure, we update you regarding the same.
Shipping Locations
We at Amele Candlier deliver products all over India. Please enter your pin code carefully while making an order to avoid further delivery inconvenience.
Estimated Delivery Time
The standard delivery timing is 5-7 business days,( excluding Sundays and public holidays).
We ensure that the inventory is available for the displayed product all the time. However, sometimes product availability can be delayed as we are dealing with organic products. For that instance, we inform you through email or SMS.
Tracking Details
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email or SMS on your registered email ID and Contact number respectively with the tracking details so that you can track your shipment. We dispatch your package within 24-48hrs after receiving an order.
The order tracking details is shown as:-
• In Processing: This is a stage when your order undergoes a quality check.
• Label Generated: This is a stage when your order’s packaging is done.
• Ready to Dispatched: At this status, your order is checked and packed and is handed over to the delivery partner
• Shipped: This is the stage when the shipment is taken away by the delivery partner at their courier office.
• In-Transit: This shows subsequent locations of your order from the courier department to your locations
• Delivered: Here you get your product at your address marked as delivered.
Multiple Order Shipments
If you had added more than one or two products in your order then it might happen that the products may be dispatched separately due to some reasons. No worries about that if the different parts of your order had been shipped separately as you have to pay shipping charges only once on your order. We mostly try to deliver the full order in one shipment for your convenience.
Product Amount And Taxations
Your product and order amount is inclusive of all taxes with in India. Your order taxes evaluation you can check on your invoice as well.
However, It takes 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect money in your account.
