Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:-

To cancel your order which is not shipped yet you can call our customer care number 91-7206039623, can drop an email to our customer support team at amelecandlier@gmail.com,  or can even reach out to us through social media platforms.

To cancel your order Kindly call within 24 hrs after placing an order. Once the order is canceled your refund will be processed within 24-48 hrs in the same account from which you had made payment.

Cancellation Post Shipment:-

If you request to cancel your order in the shipped state then we are unable to cancel your order at that stage. For that instance, we suggest you refuse the parcel at the time of delivery.

Once you will refuse the parcel and it will get delivered to our warehouse then only we will process the refund within 24-48 hrs for prepaid orders.

Cancellation Due To Inventory Issue:-

We always strive hard to provide the best customer experience. We always fulfil the orders placed by the customer and deliver them on time. However, there may be certain cases when we are unable to process your order and have to cancel them. The reasons will be inventory availability not confirmed or inaccuracies in the product, pricing, and stock information.

For such cases, we do inform our customers via call and email regarding order cancellation from our end. After the cancellation of the order, the refund will be processed within 24 hrs.

Return And Replacement Policy:-

We don’t have a return and replacement policy. However, we accept return and replacement as an exception under certain circumstances.

  • Damage Product: We ensure to deliver the best quality product to our customers. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hrs if the item is defective or damaged. For that, we will provide you a refund only.

  • Wrong Product: If you receive a wrong product then contact our customer care team. The reverse pick up will be arranged from our end within 2-3 business days. The replacement and refund will be processed after receiving your order at our warehouse.

Return Conditions:-

As mentioned above return is accepted only for damaged or wrong products. To start a return, you can contact us at amelecandlier@gmail.com,  within 24 hrs after receiving an order. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  •  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to send along within the returned product.

  • The refund and replacement of the product will be processed after the quality check of that returned product.

  • If reverse pickup is not possible from your location then we request you to send your order via courier at our warehouse. 

 

Damage / Missing products:-

If you received any damaged product or your ordered item is missing from the package. In this, you have to inform this thing within 24 hours after receiving the parcel, in this we can ask you about the unboxing video/ photographs. We will be able to take action on your Damaged/ missing products with in 24 hours only, after that we will be not responsible for that.  

Refund Policy

Canceled Order Refund:-

  • Cancellation before shipment refund will be processed within 24-48 hrs.

  • Cancellation after shipment refund will be processed within 24-48 hrs after receiving your order at our warehouse and once the quality check is done.

  • Cancellation due to inventory issue refund will be processed within 24 hrs.

Return Order Refund:-

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  •  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method from which you had made payment

  • For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders the refund will be done in your bank accounts or as gift cards as per your preferences. On receiving the returned product our customer support team will call you or mail you asking for the bank details.

NOTE: We process refunds within 24-48 hrs on cancellations and in return once we receive the product at our warehouse and quality check is done. However, It takes 7-10 business days  for your bank or credit card company to reflect money in your account.
